Being all in and choosing your direction is very different from being 100% certain that things are going to work out perfectly.
Recently, I made a post on Instagram that garnered a lot of attention. In turn, it sparked many great conversations with people in my audience. So much so that today, I want to discuss it on my podcast. You hear people talk about taking a leap or making that first step to say “yes” to something scary. But many people also wrongfully assume that these decisions come with 100% confidence and certainty.
Spoiler alert: It does not.
